No worries! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to busy periods at the carrier or with our suppliers. Does it take longer than 10 working days? Feel free to send us a message – we will assist you immediately.
Do you want to modify or cancel your order? Then please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually arrange this for you free of charge. Is the package already on its way? Then you can always return it after receipt.
