Delivery time:

We have a delivery time of 2-10 business days. We ship with DPD, PostNL, or UPS. During busier times, it may unfortunately take a little longer; you will receive updates about this. 

We also have a 48-hour shipping collection where sneakers are shipped within 48 hours.

We always send updates via email with a tracking code so you know where the package is! Additionally, we ship our packages with insurance.  

There are no import costs or other duties for international shipments within Europe. 

During busier periods, it may take several days from the moment of order (we will inform you if this is the case).

Important info:

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please let us know within 5 business days. After that time, we can no longer be held responsible for the loss, as the insurance will no longer apply.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. 
• We are not responsible for the loss of packages when DPD is instructed to leave them at the door or around the house.
• Packages that are not picked up at a parcel point or that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a €15 fee.
