Delivery time:

We apply a delivery time of 2-10 working days. We send with DPD, PostNL or UPS. In busier times it may unfortunately take a little longer; you will receive updates about this.

We also have a 48-hour shipping collection where the sneakers are sent within 48 hours.

We always send updates by email with a tracking code so you know where the package is! In addition, we send our packages with insurance.

There are no import costs or other duties for international shipments within Europe.

During busier periods it may take more days from the moment of ordering (we will inform you if this is the case).

Important info:

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, let us know within 5 working days. After that time we can no longer be held responsible for the loss, as the insurance will no longer apply.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• We are not responsible for the loss of packages when these are indicated within DPD to be left at the door or around the house.
• Packages that are not collected at a collection point or that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a charge of €15.
