Would you like to exchange at SneakerAsk?
Do you want a different size or a different sneaker? Unfortunately, we do NOT do exchanges. You will have to reorder your new size or color and send back your received order. See below how to do that.
Exchange Essentials order?
We do not do exchanges and it is also not possible to exchange individual items in a set. You will have to return the entire package and order individual items afterwards.

No problem! You can return your sneakers within 14 days of receipt. To register a return, use the following link:

Return manually
ATTENTION: Print the sheet below and write your order number and details on it so that we can properly trace and process your return.
We recommend keeping your shipping receipt to be able to track it and to prove that your return has been sent or delivered.
Upon receipt of your order at our branch, your return/exchange will be processed within 7 working days. SneakerAsk is not responsible for any loss during shipping, we do not reimburse returns and exchanges further. It is therefore very important to keep your shipping receipt.
We process returns within 14 days, which is also legally required. Often this is faster.

Return rules
Make sure your return meets the following requirements:
- The sneakers are unworn. This means there are no creases in the shoes, no dirt and/or signs of wear.
- The box is in good condition as it arrived.
- All tags (think of factory tags, extra laces, extra cards, and any other included items) must be attached to the product!
ALWAYS send your products in an extra outer box. Then keep your shipping proof carefully! We are not responsible for lost return orders.
Cancellation policy
Do you want to cancel the sneakers?
Within 4 hours: We will not charge any extra costs.
After 4 hours: After 4 hours, shipping and payment costs will be charged. We work internationally and already incur costs within 24 hours to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
ATTENTION! Orders placed with KLARNA that you want to cancel will be charged €15 because we have transaction costs that we do not get back.
Packages refused upon delivery incur a fee of €15 for shipping and payment costs.
