Step 1

You orderyour item with us!

You place your order with SneakerAsk. Our delivery time is between 2 and 10 working days. This is because we source your sneaker through our network across Europe from reliable suppliers. Finding the right pair can take up to a maximum of 4 working days.

Step 2

Deal &shipping to us

Once we have found the right pair, we close the deal with the supplier and send a shipping label. The sneaker is then sent to us. This process can take several working days again, as the supplier needs to ship and we need to receive the package.

Step 3

Reception& First check-up

When the pair arrives, we wait for the delivery and prepare it for inspection. For some suppliers, the pair is shipped directly to you. These are trusted partners we have been working with for many years and fully rely on.

Step 4

Authenticity check

When the pair arrives with us, the inspection takes on average 1 to 2 working days. We receive hundreds of packages daily, but we take the time for each pair. Our experts check everything:
– material
– box
– labels & tags
– details and finishing

Everything is carefully checked.

Step 5

Shipping tojou

After approval, your sneaker is ready for shipment. You will receive a tracking code from us and the package will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 business days.
