Our team will find a match with one of our numerous suppliers throughout Europe. This will probably take 4 working days.

We have found a match and our supplier will send the shoes to us as soon as possible. Please note that this may take some time, as we work with suppliers from all over Europe and America. This can take about a week.

The sneakers are ALMOST at our warehouse for verification. We receive more than 150 packages daily, so we ask you to be patient. This may take 3 to 4 days.

It's almost time for verification! We check if your sneakers are authentic. After that, we will ship them as soon as possible. Note: this step does not yet mean that the sneakers have been checked. This process can take a few days.

Can I return/exchange my order?
You can exchange your sneakers within 14 days of receipt. To register a return, use the following link:

Upon receipt of your order at our branch, your return/exchange will be processed within 7 working days. SneakerAsk is not responsible for any loss during shipping, and we do not reimburse return or exchange shipping costs.
Please note! Use the email you ordered with + the correct order number associated with the sneakers.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are definitely possible! If you would like a different size or sneaker, we can change this for you within the existing order. We do not recommend reordering because canceling the old order will incur costs.

Cancellation within 4 hours: We will not charge any extra fees.
After 4 hours, shipping and payment costs will be charged. We operate internationally and already incur costs within 4 hours to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Additionally, if you ordered with Klarna, this incurs costs for us that we do not get reimbursed by Klarna. We must also charge these costs. This depends on the order amount.
Packages refused upon delivery incur a fee of €15 for shipping and payment costs.
I have only received part of my order
Because we work with different suppliers and stock locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. We do this to deliver more efficiently and quickly.
It may also be that your order contains an express product and another product with a standard delivery time of 2-10 working days. This means the express product can arrive within a few days, while the other will come later.

I have not yet received my money from my return
That is not nice to hear, we process and refund returns within 14 days of receipt. Have you been waiting longer than 14 days? Then please contact us via the contact form.
What should I do if I have 2 items in an order and have already received 1?
If you have 2 items in one order, where 1 item is express and the other has a general delivery time, we will ship the express item within 48 hours on business days and the other will be shipped later, within 2-10 business days. So you will receive 2 packages at your door.
Can I change my address?

Do I receive a tracking code?
Yes, you will receive it when it is shipped. As you can see from the status, this can take up to 10 days, so please be patient.
