The new collaboration between RestocksAIO and SneakerAsk

Samenwerking tussen SneakerAsk en RestocksAIO

SneakerAsk is expanding its network with a new partnership. With RestocksAIO as its partner, SneakerAsk has been added as a supported sales channel within one of the best-known software packages for professional sneaker resellers in Europe. Sellers can now manage their inventory, listings, and prices on SneakerAsk from the same environment as their other sales channels.

The partnership aligns with the direction SneakerAsk has been pursuing for some time: less manual work, faster turnaround times, and better support for sellers working with serious volumes.

What is RestocksAIO?

RestocksAIO is a software platform built around the daily realities of professional selling in sneakers, streetwear, and related categories. The platform brings inventory, listings, pricing, sales, documents, and shipping together in one central environment.

While many resellers divide their operations across spreadsheets, separate dashboards, and a row of browser tabs, RestocksAIO operates from a single catalog. Inventory is linked to active listings, prices are compared with live market data, and post-sale administration is automatically built from the sales data.

The platform now supports twelve marketplaces, including StockX, Alias, and more. A complete overview can be found on the RestocksAIO platform page. SneakerAsk has now been added to the list.

It is important to note that RestocksAIO is not a purchasing bot. The platform does not buy anything and focuses entirely on the sales side, in other words, on inventory that a seller already owns.

The partnership between RestocksAIO and SneakerAsk

With this integration, approved sellers can link their SneakerAsk account directly to RestocksAIO. The connection is made using an API key from the SneakerAsk account menu, together with the account’s email address. No password or external login is required.

After linking, listings can be created and adjusted, prices can be updated, sales can be confirmed, and inventory can be synchronized, all from within RestocksAIO. Full details about the integration are available on the SneakerAsk page on RestocksAIO.

SneakerAsk’s verification and quality requirements remain fully in effect. Sellers are still assessed and approved personally, and sold items go through the same authentication process as before. The partnership therefore does not change what happens on SneakerAsk, but it does make it more efficient for sellers to manage.

What are the benefits for sneaker resellers?

The biggest gains are time and oversight. Specifically, the connection offers the following:

  • One central overview. SneakerAsk listings appear in the same catalog as inventory on other marketplaces, including size breakdowns and availability.
  • List in bulk quickly. CSV uploads and a barcode scanner allow large quantities of items to be prepared in a short time instead of one by one.
  • Automatic price comparison. The price comparison tool shows what an item can generate on each channel by size, allowing inventory to be deliberately directed to the right channel.
  • Smarter price management. The repricing feature follows the market within preset minimum limits and keeps the asking price unchanged when it is already the most competitive.
  • Fewer duplicate sales. A sale on SneakerAsk can automatically remove the corresponding item from other channels.
  • Administration without retyping. Invoices, shipping labels, and delivery notes are generated from the sales data.
  • Insight into performance. Payouts, margins, and sell-through speed can be viewed by channel.

Selling on SneakerAsk via RestocksAIO

SneakerAsk does not operate as an open marketplace where anyone can sign up. Sellers are assessed per application and supported personally. This creates a smaller group of sellers per model and therefore less price pressure than on the major open platforms.

The selection is also not limited to sneakers. Clothing, accessories, and collectibles are sold through SneakerAsk as well, making the channel attractive to resellers with broader inventory.

For RestocksAIO users, this means SneakerAsk can be used as an additional sales channel without making the operation more complicated.

How the connection works

The steps are short:

  1. Sign up as a seller. Access to SneakerAsk is obtained through a personal application, submitted via the seller sign-up form. Applications are reviewed personally, usually within one business day.
  2. Complete the account. After approval, personal or company details and bank details are entered. It is also specified whether the seller is a VAT-0 seller or a margin scheme seller. Anyone doing both needs two separate accounts.
  3. Retrieve the API key. The key is located in the account menu of the SneakerAsk selling account and begins with sak_.
  4. Link the account in RestocksAIO. In the desktop application, go to Settings and then Accounts, select SneakerAsk, and enter the account email address and API key. No password or cookie import is required. The key is verified and the profile is created automatically.
  5. Publish inventory. Listings are pushed from the existing inventory to the SneakerAsk catalog, after which price management and sales processing continue automatically.

If the API key is renewed later, simply reconnect using the new key. The existing settings will remain intact. The RestocksAIO documentation describes the steps in detail.

What does this mean for the SneakerAsk community?

For buyers, this partnership primarily means a broader and more up-to-date selection. Sellers working with large catalogs can make their inventory available more quickly and completely, meaning more models and sizes are immediately available across Europe. Pricing also remains more competitive because sellers can align their offers with the market more easily.

For sellers, it means less manual work and more control. The time previously spent manually listing, repricing, and handling administration can now be invested in sourcing and growth.

This partnership fits within SneakerAsk’s broader direction: building a reliable, professional, and well-run platform for sneaker enthusiasts and sellers in Europe. By working with a company built entirely around the operations of professional resellers, that foundation is strengthened further.
